ENGLISH

Since I was born, I got my Japanese skill. I can speak Japanese, because my parents taught me since I was a baby. I can speak Japanese, but I can’t write Japanese words well. When I was an elementary school student, I learned Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji and so on. Japanese has three words, so it is difficult to remember them.  I think that Kanji is the most difficult, because there are many words, and they have a lot of similar words. I learned how to write, how to read, and how to use. They use the other way. For example, Kotowaza and Yojijyukugo. Also, they have many kinds, so it is hard to remember them.

When I was a junior high school student, I learned English for the first time. At first, I knew its alphabet, some words, and sentences. For example, "Hello", "Thank you", "See you", "Apple", "Strawberry", "banana", "love", and so on. They are very easy sentences and words. I had no known about English, so it was hard for me. In particular, grammar is the most difficult for me. I did not know that English word order. I could not distinguish which is a verb, and which is an adjunct. However, I studied English, I can understand construction of English. Gradually, I can read English sentences. Also, I learned its present form, the past form, future tense. It is very useful when I speak. I had liked English, when I was a junior high school student. As same as high school, I learned English words, sentences, and so on.

When I was a first year student in KGU, I took German. I studied two languages were English and German. German's grammar is different with English and Japanese. Some substance , for example, newspaper, it has personal pronoun. German's all substance has each personal pronoun, so it is very hard to remember them. However, it is similar with English, how to read.

Some kind of words changed how to read, but all that changed. To study German was difficult, but I could enjoy them, because I could know that I did not know.
Now, I learned English everyday. However, I can’t speak, and I cannot read English sentences very first. I want to improve them before I graduated to KGU.

Essay 2-03a: Learning with Computers

I often use a computer for learning. For example, I use it in my class and to do my homework. I think that it is very comfortable for learning a lot of things. I had used Yahoo, but I have entered in KGU, I always use Google. 

Google has much kind of tools. For example, I use Blogger, Google drive, slides, and mail. I can use these tools in computer, but now I can use them in my iPhone. The iPhone can down road a lot of application including Google's application. 

When I search anything, I type words. Then, I can get a lot of information about it. If there were no searching application, I can not get a lot of information, and I have troubles. I use Blogger in my writing class. I write about Book review, my diary, and essay for writing class. When I write blog, some one comments me sometimes. Through the blog, I can tell about many things for everyone, and I can know everyone's reaction.

I use Google drive in my speaking class. I often presentation about countries and foods. Lately, I use it for my presentation about food. Google drive can make slides, and share with teacher and my friends. If I use Google drive, I can share a lot of information with someone, so it is very efficient for me. Also, I use it in my writing class to share essay with my friends. Google mail is very important for me, because a mail about school often sent in there. I can a lot of information by mail, and I can send e-mail for my friends and teachers. If there were no mail, I cannot get in touch with someone. 

Google has a lot of comfortable application, and it always helps me.

My Language Skills

Ten years ago, I was a elementary school student. I got my Japanese skill. For example, I got Japanese words, grammar, and Kanji. Kanji is very difficult for me, because it has many kind of word. Also, it is difficult how to read. There are similar words, so it is difficult for me. Also, Kotowaza is difficult. There are a lot of words, and they have a lot of meaning. 

Now, I got Japanese skill, English skill, and Germany skill. Germany skill is very little. I got English skill when I was a junior high school student for the first time. Before I learn about English, I just know very easy words. For example, banana, money,  apple, and so on. In addition, I just can speak "Hello, my name is Mayu." Since I learn English, I can understand it gradually. When I was a junior high school student, English is my favorite studying. When I was high school student, English is more difficult than junior high school. Grammar is complex and so long. I had to remember a lot of words. I had to test about English words once a week, so I always read my English words book. I could learn many words.

Ten years in the future, I want to become speaking English well. Now, I can not speak English well. I can read English grammar, and understand it. However, speaking English is very difficult. I think that I have to learn more English words and grammar. I want to go trip in abroad, and I want to chat with foreign people.
